Shipping and Returns

Turnaround time is usually 7 working days, often less. Delivery times are not guaranteed but all sales are posted tracked and insured.

All prints are made to order.
This involves the print being shipped from my printer to me. Then every print is inspected, signed, embossed and finished by me personally, prior to being shipped to you with the corresponding certificate of authenticity. If there is any expected delay I will notify you as soon as possible. If you need the item more urgently please contact me directly and I will accommodate you as best possible.

Countries of Delivery

Prints will be shipped to all international destinations the U.K trades with. If the delivery location is outside of the normal postal service then please get in touch as an additional charge may apply.

Parcel Service

Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for U.K delivery and usually takes between 1-2 working days. All European and Rest of the World shipments will either use Royal Mail’s International tracked services or one of the international courier services such as UPS, DHL etc.

Returns Policy

Returns or exchanges are non-negotiable except in the case of damage to the item during shipping.

If the print arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and get in touch. A replacement will then be sent and issued free of charge AFTER the damaged print has been photographed destroyed (i.e torn or cut up) and emailed to me .

Tax

Print prices include U.K VAT of 20%. 

Non U.K customers do not pay this tax, and the price excluding VAT shows up ONLY at the check out stage AFTER you have completed the delivery address section.

I do not charge or collect any taxes on sales to non-U.K destinations.

Any and all taxes, duties, VAT and similar in countries outside the U.K are entirely the responsibility of buyer and are not collected in advance by us.
